I am a reliable, Professional and fully accredited domestic energy assessor (DEA), with over twenty thousand assessments already completed for agents, Solicitors, landlords and members of the public.
I cover the majority of South Yorkshire Including Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley & Dearne valley.
Most assessments can be done the next day, including Saturdays.
One phone call and I will take care of the rest including emailing the EPC to your chosen Agent or Solicitor leaving you one less thing to worry about.
